Here is the actual text of that passage: § 212. Citizens and natives. The citizens are the members of the civil society; bound to this society by certain duties, and subject to its authority, they equally participate in its advantages. The natives, or natural-born citizens, are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens. As the society cannot exist and perpetuate itself otherwise than by the children of the citizens, those children naturally follow the condition of their fathers, and succeed to all their rights. The society is supposed to desire this, in consequence of what it owes to its own preservation; and it is presumed, as matter of course, that each citizen, on entering into society, reserves to his children the right of becoming members of it. The country of the fathers is therefore that of the children; and these become true citizens merely by their tacit consent. We shall soon see whether, on their coming to the years of discretion, they may renounce their right, and what they owe to the society in which they were born. I say, that, in order to be of the country, it is necessary that a person be born of a father who is a citizen; for, if he is born there of a foreigner, it will be only the place of his birth, and not his country. *Emphasis added

I wasn’t sure if you had uncovered this gem yet so I thought I would pass it on. This text alone, being the commonly understood law at the time, seals the deal for me. Even if you ignore the part about the natives and the natural born citizens, it was understood that the FATHER passes the citizenship. I’ve read your posts for a number of months and I’ve always been interested in the treatments of silver as money and how by following the scriptural exhortations to use “sound weights and measures” is probably one of the most important things for people to adopt in their Christian way of life. This is, of course, challenging, but not impossible. There were the car dealerships that earlier this year that accepted gold for down payments. What do you think, if you had to point people to one “industry” or service sector/niche within your local community that you could use silver to buy wares with, you would recommend? I’ve been thinking about offering like-minded local Christian service businesses such as auto repair, accounting, and farm grown produce the opportunity to receive silver in lieu of federal reserve notes. Do any of your readers do similarly? Would you ever contemplate setting up a network of contacts willing to exchange services and goods for silver? I’d be interested in participating. I thought it was an outstanding analysis of the facts and the law. I also found it refreshingly objective. I am a lawyer and a reader of your information. I was actually drawn to this issue by World Net Daily and the fact that “something” just doesn’t ring true about Obama’s handling of the issue. One more thing: WND reports that the newspaper birth announcements were likely automatically generated by the newspapers based on the application for the certification of live birth (i.e., the newspapers automatically picked up the data generated by the State upon application for the certification). As such, the logic that the announcements prove or support the record of the birth is quite circular. The announcements prove only that someone applied to register the birth using one of the several methods available at the time. As such, the announcements do not in and of themselves prove that the child was born in Hawaii, but merely that someone filed the registration paperwork. You may also be correct that the announcements were merely an attempt to document a US birth to convey some level of citizenship, albeit not necessarily “natural born US Citizenship” for purposes of holding the highest office in the land. His young parents were part of the diplomatic corps of Thailand at the time. I don’t know what his status is now, but I wonder if other members of foreign embassies born here are considered U S citizens although obviously not constitutional natural-born citizens as you explained in your article. I am also interested in buying one of your new World silver coins because of political and religious interest in the subject. On the back side of the coin, on the bottom, you have the words, “Post Change 8th is 666”. I certainly am aware of the conventional understanding of the number 666 as found in the book of Revelation, but I don’t know what you mean by “Post Change 8th….” Please explain. However, I would like to offer you an unconventional understanding of the number 666. It is no longer relevant to today or the future except that it affects relationships with the Middle East (sunni vs. shi’ah). It really has to do with the terrible schism that occurred in Islam about 662 AD that seriously impacted the integrity of the religion of Islam just as the schisms of the Eastern Orthodox and the Protestant Reformation affected Christianity. I will not try to explain or justify that statement at the present time, and I think I would have an impossible task to try to convince a Bible scholar like you of a different point of view. By the way, I am not a muslim, but I do consider Muhammad’s ministry to be an authentic message from God….however corrupted by theologians. Finally, have you ever visited the website www.perfecteconomy.com? This website was written by an obviously brilliant fellow and he has many of the same beliefs as you about corruption, fiat money, the Federal Reserve, etc. However, his main theme has to do with interest/usury as being the real culprit. He teaches (and can mathematically prove) that interest is the cause of inflation, deflation, economic slavery, political corruption, etc., and the end result will be terminal sums of debt that cannot be paid out of the currency circulation which brings about recessions, depressions, bankruptcies, etc. He also says that gold & silver as constitutional money is correct, but that alone will not solve the problem unless we do away with the Federal Reserve, banks as we know them, and especially, unearned gain from interest which compounds debt forever. You will find his website to be large, complex, and difficult to understand due to the exalted language. Plan to camp there quite a while in order to understand it all. Most of us are exposed to a whole new paradigm of financial understanding as a result of the website. I have been examining it off and on for several months. I don’t think it negates your business or what you are trying to accomplish with precious metals as real money because you, and all of us, presently have to operate within the system that exists. But he makes the case that precious metals alone will not solve the problems in the long run.

This man's father wasn't even an American, and yet he struts around, lording it over us, the natural-born.
