Password Problems:

     Previously working passwords usually fail for the following reasons:

     1) Your credit card company temporarily stopped future transactions.
     2) Your debit card / bank account contains no funds.
     3) Your credit card has an invalid expiration date.
     4) AOL is not granting you access during peak bandwidth usage periods.

     Contact your bank or credit card company to solve issues 1-3. Try using AOL during less busy hours to resolve problem 4.

 

Problems Joining From Non-U.S. Countries:

     Because various countries are notorious for credit card fraud, it is necessary to maintain software to block subscriptions originating from those countries. HOWEVER, it is possible to bypass this feature if you still want a subscription. Please Email us ask us to attempt to create a subscription for you.

     The Postal Codes (Zip Codes in the U.S.) in your country sometimes cause join attempts to fail. When typing the postal code, leave no spaces. If that fails, Email us to ask us to try to force a transaction to go through.

 

Subscription Details Change Request:

     If you need to change your credit card number or the expiration date, please notify us via email or telephone. Or simply re-subscribe using the new credit card.
